“My wife turned Vegan over ten years ago and I have not. We saw the Vegan Italiano truck and decided to try them for Christmas. They offered two different mixed plates for pickup on Dec. 24th so we ordered one of each. The order was perfect and ready when promised. Each food item was individually packaged in a covered aluminum container. The instructions were to heat the food at 350 for 25 minutes which worked out great. I went into this a little scheptical but open minded. I sort of expected the food to be overly spicy or tasteless. I couldn’t have been more wrong and I loved all of it. We had mac n cheese, meatballs, mashed potatoes, meatloaf, salads, gnocchi, brussel sprouts, zucchini, sweet potato and so much more. I loved it and cleaned my plate. The portions are generous and we will end up getting three meals for both of us out of the two combo plates. Will definitely go back and obviously highly recommend Rosy and her Italiano Vegano food truck. They are very pleasant and great to work with. We were even given a Christmas card. 🎄” – Woody H. No line, quick prep time, and they even brought the food to my car so I could sit while I waited. I’d definitely come back again.
